Areas of Practice
Practice Focus
Olivia's practice focus is insomnia, mood disorders, stress and attachment. She also works with emotional and nervous system regulation, relationships, boundaries and communication, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism and people-pleasing, self-esteem and self-worth, shame and guilt, and men's mental health.
How Olivia Works
Olivia looks at the whole person: how thoughts, emotions, the nervous system and day-to-day environment shape what someone is going through. Her work is relational and practical. She helps clients understand what chronic stress, trauma and burnout are doing in the brain and body, then works with them to settle their nervous system and step out of protective patterns that no longer help.
She draws on several evidence-based approaches and chooses what fits the person and the problem in front of her.

About Olivia
Olivia's training in cognitive science and neuroscience gives her a clear, grounded way of explaining what's happening when stress, trauma or poor sleep take hold. Earlier work in equine-assisted settings deepened her focus on the body and on attunement, the quiet skill of noticing what someone needs.
She helps clients build emotional awareness, set healthy boundaries and create wellbeing that lasts beyond therapy.
Originally from Ottawa and now based in Mission, BC, Olivia spends her time outdoors, gardening, creating and relaxing with her fiancé and their dog.
