FOR CLINICIANS

Clinical Supervision

Supervision at Harbourside is for registered counsellors seeking one-time or ongoing consultation, registered counsellors gaining new skills, and pre-registration clinicians. Hours completed before registration count toward BCACC RCC requirements.

Who it's for

Supervision at Harbourside is for registered counsellors, new graduates, students, pre-registration clinicians and experienced therapists building skills in a new area.

How supervision works here

Supportive, not judgmental

A space to bring hard cases and honest questions.

Curious, not prescriptive

Building clinical reasoning rather than handing down answers.

Practical

Focused on what helps in the next session with a client.

Collaborative, not hierarchical

Supervisor and therapist working through it together.
