About Misha
Misha has spent more than 10 years supporting children, youth and families in the public sector, through individual therapy, family-focused work and groups. She has facilitated programs for selective mutism, the Connect Parent Program and Circle of Security.
That background gives her a deep understanding of how anxiety and OCD develop and show up in young people. At Harbourside, her practice is with teens 14+ and adults.
She is also a BC certified teacher, and that mix of mental health and education shapes a practical, steady way of working. Her goal is to help clients move beyond fear, build resilience, face uncertainty with confidence and reconnect with the life they want to live.
