Olivia Robillard, RCC
Olivia approaches counselling through a holistic biopsychosocial lens, recognizing how thoughts, emotions, nervous systems, and environments dynamically shape human experience. Her integrative, relational practice blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed parts work, and somatic, attachment-based care.
Grounded in cognitive science and neuroscience, she offers clients a clear, practical understanding of how chronic stress, trauma, and burnout impact both brain and body, helping them safely re-regulate their nervous systems and break free from protective patterns. Olivia offers expertise in sleep therapy including CBT for insomnia
Olivia supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relational stress, work-life balance, and sleep disorders. Drawing on a background in equine-assisted settings that deepened her focus on embodiment and attunement, she helps clients build emotional literacy, set healthy boundaries, and foster sustainable well-being.
Originally from Ottawa and now based in Mission, BC, she spends her time outdoors, gardening, creating, and relaxing with her fiancé and dog.
