Maggie brings five years of specialized experience in treating anxiety disorders and OCD, leveraging advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) alongside Inference-Based CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoanalytic insight. Grounded in a deeply personal understanding of OCD's impact on families, her collaborative approach empowers clients to move beyond symptoms and build lasting resilience.

Maggie brings a background with unique depth to her clinical work, drawing from over 20 years as a professional film, television, and classical theatre actor to integrate creative techniques like role-play into therapy. With a background that includes work at the UBC B.R.A.I.N. Lab and over a decade of volunteer service with the Vancouver Police Department, she offers a rich perspective on trauma and mental health.

Outside of work she maintains balance and perseverance through judo, snowboarding, scuba diving, and gardening.
